This policy explains how CostCubes.com ("CostCubes", "we") handles personal data when you use this website and the CostCubes client portal.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, business email, phone number and organisation details you provide at registration.
- Assessment data: financial statements, schedules and related files your organisation uploads.
- Usage data: sign-in times, IP address and actions recorded in our audit log for security.
- Payment data: order and transaction references from our payment gateway. We never receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.
How we use it
To provide the assessment you request, authenticate users, send service notifications, issue invoices, meet legal obligations and keep the service secure.
AI processing
Uploaded data is sent to an external AI provider only when your organisation has given explicit consent and the feature is enabled. You can withdraw consent at any time from your portal.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email, messaging, payments, and — with consent — AI processing), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep assessment data for the period agreed in your engagement and as required by law. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by writing to the email address on our Contact page.
